An assembly,

The place looked so different

Green roof,

Golden reflections,

Moved impatiently,

Feel into a strange mood,

A chief,

A decision,

Step by step,

Faced the place of assembly,

Filled quickly,

Including the littluns,

We need an assembly,

No one said anything,

We need an assembly,

Not for fun,

Not for laughing,

Not for making jokes,

For cleverness

Everybody enjoys,

Enjoys speaking,

Being together,

We decide things

Simple words

Were said,

I am speaking,

And lifted the conch

There’s another thing,

There’s no water,

We need an assembly,

People drink from the river,

Shells are dry

The place of assembly,

The time of assembly,

They never had an assembly as late before,

There’s something to fix,

We need an assembly.
